Scott Cone brings more than 15 years of experience in operations, leadership, manufacturing, project management, and scaling. He has built and led teams, managed P&Ls, built and ran world class manufacturing operations, and experienced firsthand what happens when a growing business outpaces its structure. He has led several startups and understands the pain of running a business, and is here to help.
Hito means “people” in Japanese. It reflects a central Hito Works belief: sustainable improvement comes from building better systems with people—not simply demanding more from them.
